Rooms were nice and clean and good size. Location excellent. Would recommend.

(Checking in was a bit complicated as it took quite a while to find anyone.) The nightclub downstairs is good but noisy, at least if you stay in a room directly above it.

There was no cap on it. It needs a major health and safety review. It was just dangerous. we couldnt move. they just kept on letting people in. only a smoking area outside the front door so had to go all the way back through the club and bar to have a fag. Not very good at all. Obviously they just want to make as much money as they can. The room was good, clean and we had no prob there.When we were checking out the woman was very rude. But when we checked in the woman was very helpful and friendly.Great location, would stay there again, just wouldnt go to the bar or club.

WE ran out of towels, loo roll. The pub-nightclub was over packed the first night, and the second night was shocking. People were elbowing each other in the face. You had someone infront and behind you, squashing your lungs. Its was disgraceful. My sister was trampled on. When we eventually managed to get out of the pub we asked the girl who was at the desk if the police allowed so many people to be in there. She said yes, which i find hard to believe. I will be writing to the fire marshall about it.

Breakfast finished at 11 on Sunday contrary to what we had been told which was 11:30 and then server by a very unfriendly lady. Would not go back at all

But when we arrived at 11:15, we were told it finished at 11am.

Perfect location, good servive and entertainment and the best cooked breakfast everyday!!! One of the best weekends i've had. Thanks Kilarney Grand.
