| Comments: Spooky place, the staff was almost never there... (Checking in was a bit complicated as it took quite a while to find anyone.) The nightclub downstairs is good but noisy, at least if you stay in a room directly above it. |

| Comments: thought that the amount of people let into the bar and club was absolutely ridiculous. There was no cap on it. It needs a major health and safety review. It was just dangerous. we couldnt move. they just kept on letting people in. only a smoking area outside the front door so had to go all the way back through the club and bar to have a fag. Not very good at all. Obviously they just want to make as much money as they can. The room was good, clean and we had no prob there. When we were checking out the woman was very rude. But when we checked in the woman was very helpful and friendly.Great location, would stay there again, just wouldnt go to the bar or club. |

| Comments: There was nobody to check us into hotel until 5pm, which is appauling. WE ran out of towels, loo roll. The pub-nightclub was over packed the first night, and the second night was shocking. People were elbowing each other in the face. You had someone infront and behind you, squashing your lungs. Its was disgraceful. My sister was trampled on. When we eventually managed to get out of the pub we asked the girl who was at the desk if the police allowed so many people to be in there. She said yes, which i find hard to believe. I will be writing to the fire marshall about it. |

| Comments: No hot water on day1, Forced to have a cold shower. Staff unsympathetic to this. Breakfast finished at 11 on Sunday contrary to what we had been told which was 11:30 and then server by a very unfriendly lady. Would not go back at all |

| Comments: Unfortunately we had two complaints during our stay:
-There was no hot water on Saturday morning/afternoon.
-We were told at check-in that breakfast was up to 11:30am. But when we arrived at 11:15, we were told it finished at 11am. |
