Clara is, as everyone says, absolutely amazing, and the hostel is kept sparklingly clean. Location is perfect. The place attracts a diverse, fun-loving and respectful crowd. Made some really great friends here!

These are all things Florence, however. Great breakfast served to your room. Free internet when computer is available. Good amount of locker space. Very nice to get much more than your money's worth in a town built on extorting tourists.

Location was excellent... right near the train station, and the rooms were beautiful. Our only complaint is the breakfast... was a bit dodgy, but still did the job... just dont get too excited about it. Definately recommend it tho.

The internet is free and works really quickly. The bathrooms aren't huge but are clean and I only had to wait for one once. I had a very unthoughtful roommate who switched lights on and made heaps of noise in the early hours of the morning but otherwise my stay was great.

Not only does she cook good meals but she is incredibly helpful and supportive. We were trying to find a way to get to Pisa before we went to the Cinque Terra on a SUNDAY... and she sat down with us on the internet and figured it out with us. She is funny with a lot of spunk and takes no crap from anyone. We LOVED IT THERE!!!

WILL COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN...and stay here forever!!!!

The place has 2 lockers per person is extremely secure. Clara did not hesitate to make lemon tea etc for a sick guest and if your there when she cooks get in early!!

Could do more to encourage socializing, maybe put a tv in the common room or have a movie night or something? Otherwise, perfect hostel experience. Reasonably comfy beds, nice and clean, no lockouts or curfew.

The location was great and the staff was super helpful. The beds are cots, not bunks, which was nice. The free breakfast consisted of crackers. THERE ARE NO LOCKERS.
