| Comments: Put in wrong room twice. We were told there were no 4-bed rooms for the whole weekend and then bizarrely got moved to a 4 bed room on the second day - which had apprently been our room all along, even though it didn't actually match our price or booking.
Accused by stroppy Spanish fellow of keeping people up for an hour and threatened with being thrown out. I'd only got into the building one whole minute earlier. Turned out it was the guys from Room 4 causing all the racquet |

| Comments: The hostel itself is fantastic, but it's above a nightclub. Until 3am its like sleeping on the dancefloor, but after that, its a nice place to stay. |

| Comments: Hello to all boys and girls of staff:
You command a big hug from Madrid (Spain) and say that it was a pleasure to know and a penalty not being able to communicate better with you.
Kisses and hugs to everyone.
Pd. Miguel y Alfonso porfi, traducirles mi mensaje a todos los chic@s del Backpaquers por si la tradución no es buena.

| Comments: we had a few problems finding the hostel with their description, and the stairs were awful with our heavy bags but the nice staff tried to help us.
if you don't want to meet any guys on your way to the toilet in the morning, well.. we haven't been that lucky.
and it was quite loud... |

| Comments: 40 % in security because of finding once and again the door of the bedroom opened, because of someone or some people leaving a piece of wood avoiding the door to close.
60% location because is very near centre, but noisy because of the club, not only in weekends, but also during weekdays.
For me, earplugs a must have¡ |

| Comments: It was really nice staying. Kitchen with good facilities and impresive lounge room with books, television and dvds.
And above all friendly staff!
p.s. Perhaps it would be good if everyone would have a key of a locker. |

| Comments: the location was good, near to the train station and the coach station. Oxford is pretty walkable so u dont really need buses. this hostel is clean, kitchen for us to use, many toilets, comfortable. free internet. also, there is a tv room with loadsa dvd and video tape. if u just wanan stay in, u can just watch tele with sky or dvd, it's great. also free BBQ equipment to use (your own food) at the roof, it's cool. i will stay here again for sure |

| Comments: I stayed at Oxford on Jly 31. The man from NZ who showed me around in the building was extremely friendly, kind and infomative, so I did not have a problem of finding things there. I paid less there than staying regular hotels, but the satisfaction of the character was quite good. (To be honest, the shower there is better than one I used in a hotel in London...) If I visit there again, I will use it. This hostel met my need. Thank you. |

| Comments: The hostel was very very, and the staff very friendly, although hard to get in touch by phone. Depending on the room you're in, the club music from across the street can keep you up till after midnight. Nice breakfast service and great lounge and internet areas. |

| Comments: If you are somebody who wants to get to bed early for any reason and you're a light sleeper then you should know... This hostel is located on the 2nd floor very close to a pub or club that is open and has loud music for quite a while into the night. |

| Comments: you don't feel you are in a hostel, you feel more like home....when i saw the lockers so small i thought, my gosh, this won't be safe....but when i met the people in our room, and how they left everything opened...i could see that they respected each other very much...it was like home... and my 8 year-old daughter, had lots of fun with evrybody...it was great! |

| Comments: I really loved the atmosphere, which was cosier and more private than in other hostels I know. Your kitchen was well equipped and I enjoyed cooking there! Park End Street is a noisy place... that's the only thing that made me some trouble in the nights, but that's the price for being so "central". Thank you for everything! |

It might be nice to have fresh pot coffee instead of instant. |

| Comments: I stayed on a female 6 bedroom for 2 days. My roomates were all more mature women attending courses in Oxford and not the partylike people. It was perfect for me. The staff were very polite, and the toiletes clean. Simone |

| Comments: This hostel is a great deal in Oxford, only a few minutes walk from the train station or the heart of town. They have free internet, satellite tv and a great selection of games for those rainy Oxford days. Kitchen is free to use and toilets/showers are good. |
