We were 5 persons and we like. The reception was in a hotel and the staff was correctly, they keep our luggaje.

We really enjoyed the room since it was very clean and well located. It was a fully renovated building, and the apartment was on the fifth floor (with lift). The apartment had a new kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge. There was a washing machine in the terrace. The staff was very helpful and they cleaned every day.

It was awesome. We were about 450 meters from the train stationand we had a grocery store near by as well. We were able to store our bags after checking out. There was an elevator. It was quiet and we had a patio to sit outside if you liked. We paid 200 euro a night. Breakfast was not includedbut we used the kitchen.

I kind of can describe as a big dorm room. it did have a little kitchonette, table and bathroom. The view was of the courtyard. The location was good, only 5 min from the trainstation and in Florence u walk everywhere. never once did we take a cab. The room was clean, it just felt like our own little apartment. I felt very safe. I would absolutely stay here if I ever make it to Florence again.

It had a well stocked kitchen(even an oven), and the maids came in to clean even on Christmas Day. Apartment is a 5 minute walk to train station. The rooms appear better in real life than in the photographs.

Nice Courtyard Very helpful staff Good size fridge, nice to have dishwasher but would be good to have a few more plates & utensils. Beds are comfortable It was very nice to have towels and bedding changed more often than expected. Clean and very modern... but would have been nice if the TV worked. The apartment was missing a few things, i.e. dish soap, dishwasher soap, rags for cleaning. Also would be nice to know where to take out the garbage and when they were coming to change the towels. Another nice addition would be a drying rack for clothes.

Air conditioned, and all studios secured behind a locked gate providing an extra level of security from the main street. No road noise, very quiet. Safe for valuables at no extra charge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Directions to get to studio could be better as it is not easy to find. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here highly recommended.

A fully furnished and fully functional studio apartment near the train station and a ten minute walk from the city center. For us, much more comforatble and entertaining to stay in an apartment thanin a hotel.
