Great location right nest to Le Suquet, all the restaurants, and five minute walk to the beautiful beach. A little on the pricey side, but so is everything in Cannes.

The locationb is one black away from the old town restaurants and a 10 minute walk from a very good public beach.

Security was good too. But doing the laundry is forbidden. (The staff reminded us about it when we paid.) My friend and I thought that \"doing the laundry\" didn\'t include washing the underwaer, and so we washed them. Suddenly, the staff knocked the door, rushed in and shouted at us. Je pense que le temps pendant lequel la lumiere fonctionne est trop court, et c'est tres génant d'ouvrir la porte pour qu'on gagne de lumiere... Mci pour votre attention.

This was explained to us that they wanted to make sure that we had money in our account before we arrived. Not happy! Considering we had planned on paying the balance in cash this is particularly annoying and may have needed that money elsewhere.

It is very well situated and the owners are kind and very helpful. The immediate surroundings is like a fairytale in the evenings. I would recommend this hotel.

(Walk along street with restaurants and go down stairs to get back at night). Crazy loud birds at night in Cannes, bring ear plugs. No place to hang out and meet other guests. A safe, central location for travelers on a tight budget.

Lovely lady at desk, little English, but her friendly conversations made our stay a pleasant one. Free wireless internet in room and the courtyard a bonus.
