We got a double bed and a flea infested sofa bed, with broken slats & no sheets/blanket -A family bedsit, not a hostel -They expect perfect guests, but provide a rubbish room. The hostel owners son complained we were being disrespectful to him for coming back late and speaking in our own private room -my collapsed sofa bed and flea bites would say the contrary. AVOID!

Night one was a small room, up very steep stairs with shared bathroom, complete with power failure.Second day we were moved and the room was much better with en suite.We were told that there was no breakfast available, despite there being tables laid in the communal room. The location was very good, most major places within easy walking distance.

The common room is their family room; they watched TV, a baby running around, told us to keep our feet off the plastic coffee table with fake flowers. The kitchen is not for guests. No breakfast. Dirty floors. No towel. Entirely too expensive for all of these reasons.

All the rooms were apartments in an apartment building in an easy to get to part of the city. It's not the type of place if your looking for a rowdy party, which is why I liked it so much!

The staff was really helpful and considerate. The room turned out to be very small without any air conditioning or fan (only a small window for air passage). I was really thankful for the unusual cold weather during my stay in Firenze and that made it much easier for me to stay in the place.

Nous avons signalé que les possibilités de parking mentionnées sur le site n'étaient pas suffisamment explicites (en fait le stationnement est toléré dans la rue à nos risques et périls)et le réceptionniste l'a mal pris. De plus, le linge de toilette n'était pas compris (c'est le seul hôtel sur les 6 où nous avons séjourné)et le ménage laissait à désirer.

The manager was VERY condescending to us but the room had a wonderful view. Be careful of mosquitos and room not serviced daily. No hot water for 1st 2 days. Location was central. Would think twice before staying there again.

Great that its next to the Piazza Pitti - go into the gardens. But far from the station and hard to get a bus there, so be prepared for a walk with your rucksack. Room only had one plug socket for 5 people... Staff kept waking us up to tell us to stop smoking, but we were sleeping! Not clean - we got insect bites and rashes from the bed linen.

The room itself was 6 m² and didn't matched the pictures. Thirty euro per person per night is a big exageration. The pictures on their site show also a kitchen but is was out of use so they gave us no other solution then to go on restaurant (cooking is way cheaper). For us, it was a dissapointement
