Staff were very unhelpful, blamed me for the error when its clearly trav/Hotel Brivio, and then refused to refund my deposit. Was not a happy bunny...

Construction across the street, starts around 7am. I was given a room with a shower and toilet, but the room reeked of smoke. I was then forced to change rooms the next day; it still smelled of cigarette smoke, and faced the construction site. All in all, I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. It's not worth the 2 stars and absolutely not worth the money.

However, it's really clean and the beds are really nice and comfy. The staff struggles to speak English, and it's paid in cash as they said card payments incur on a fee, other than that, it's a good hotel. Good value for money.

Online description misleading, stating 'Breakfast is served in the garden.' When we arrived we were told there was no breakfast, although they could make us coffee if we wished. 15 min walk to Metro station which has direct & very fast & cheap connection to centre (Duomo etc). Family-run, friendly staff (though they speak very little English). Not a highlight for us, but decent just to sleep at the end of the day.

Further a room for a single is smal, you can just walk beside 2 sides of your bed. No breakfast included. But nice owners.

Very thin walls, door paneling made of glass which was painted over. Room a bit cold but it did warm up. Lovely shower. Family-run business so you have to deal with the pro's and con's of that. Would have appreciated knowing the following beforehand: owner didn't take credit card (only cash upfront) for payment; no receipt until checkout; breakfast not included and would have been very meager. Supermarket nearby with good selection of food.

It was very cold first two nights but when asked to turn the heating on of a night and another blanket the staff quickly arranged it. Very noisey with single glazed windows, busy road not far and a building site directly opposite the hotel. Orally a good stay

The room was clean plus there was a t.v. However it was veryyy fur from the city center and It was not a very nice area. Overall just a place to sleep.
