Located in the center of Amsterdam, amongst the beautiful backgrounds of the historical city centre, next to the flower market, Eva's Apartments Services has six studio-apartments (on the Amstel and where else arond the city centre, available at reasonable rates for short or long term stay (minimum of 3 days).
All furnished, with private bathroom and kitchenette, TV and internet access, all with view on the river, walking distance to the tourist attractions.
If you are looking for a place right in the old city centre of Amsterdam, Eva's Apartments Services is your best choice.
Minimum bookings required of three nights.
We ask an end cleaning fee of 23 EUR for our studios
check in from 1 PM till 8 PM at Amstel 16(please mention your arrival time and we will wait for you there)
check out - 11 AM
Cancellation with 72 hours prior to arrival is free of charge.
In case of late cancellation or no show, we charge the amount for the first night.
