All rooms have their own key. Perfect for people who want to feel free and want to taste the life of a local Spaniard. Located in the fisherman's quarter and the important beach of Valencia, the Malvarrosa. Walking distance from main bus line, metro and tram. You are 15 minutes away from anywhere in Valencia. Directly by metro to the Historic Sites, and by bus to the City of Arts and Sciences. No Reception area !! -We kindly ask you to confirm your arrival  so someone can meet you. If you are calling from a foreign phone you must dial 34 before the MOBILE number number check in after 22h OR arriving 2 hours past indicated arrival time without notice will have an extra charge of 15 EUR.  Reservation system uses the 24 hour clock. Please be sure to indicate correct time.
