| Comments: Very good value for money - however, breakfast's are very poor indeed, and the locations make journeys into / out of central London some what tedious at about an hour. |

| Comments: Good hotel, clean and safe. Nearby there are good restaurants (not too expensive), but it is a little far from city centre. To get a train you need to walk about 10 min. |

| Comments: it will be fine to check the roos befor any room is given out .On like my case, we were checked into a room without window ,when the room was changed we were given a room with a broken bed and smell of nicotin, when the room was changed we were given a room with a broken toilet seat,in the room was doublebunk with a broken ladder. In all this situation a child of 8months and a 9years old had to undertake the three moves from room to room after having behind them a journey all the way from Belgium. |

| Comments: One of the staff, a young, thin man with glasses was especially helpful and polite but overall everyone was nice. It was a bit of a trip out from London but we enjoyed going on the train each day with the normal commuters. |

| Comments: We booked our four-bedded room via internet. We received an answer e-mail and SMS that everithing was all right.
Despite this after we had arrived the receptionists said they didn't have any four-bedded room. The stuff was helpless. There was actually a big chaos. After about 2 hours waiting we managed to find a room. We stayed at a double room, as we were four two additional beds were taken in the room. We had to pay the same price as it would be the room that we had booked (four-bedded). |

| Comments: Hell hole. This is nowhere near convenient to get to. The tube isn\'t an option. We checked in and the guy at reception told some guy to show us to our room. This oaf showed us to the nearet stairway and said, \\\"two floors down.\\\" We got lost. They forgot our wakeup call. I asked if they possibly had any toothpaste and the idiot at the front desk responded in pure douchiness, \"no, we don\'t provide toothpaste here.\" Bunch of morons working here. |

| Comments: A neat place, but a bit too far out of the City. Travel into London got expensive everyday. The woman bartender was a miserable crank but the rest of the staff are excellent. Rooms are good and the free breakfast was a nice touch. |

| Comments: room on the ground floor.the window was missing various pieces and would not close. open to the elements and was a huge security risk. the hallway was filthy as though there was no pride in the management staff. our room wrecked of curry from an unknown source and the bathroom door did not close.
this would be more understandable if the room was listed as a hostel, but it was listed as a private HOTEL room. my experience can only be described as truly disgusting. |

| Comments: We booked the hotel just for somewhere to sleep after a night out in Brixton so we didnt really experience the hotels facilities.
The rooms were generally clean; however the quilt covers were stained, so we took them off & just sleep under the sheets.
However for the £30 we paid for a double room with a private bathroom, close to the train station with good links to the centre of London, we were incredibly pleased with value for money and would definitely stay there again after a night out |

| Comments: They put us in a room under the stairs and next to the housekeeping cupboard so that we got woken up at about 7:30am when the housekeeping ladies came to work because they were talking just outside the door. And we could hear every time someone walked up or down the stairs. |

| Comments: this hotel is far away from centre but good to reach with underground and bus, the hotel is cheap and the staff is not very helpful. but they clean every day and give new towels aswell. breakfast was ok, its buffet but not much range. all in all this hotel is good for ppl who dont want to spend many money, because they offer doublebedrooms with own bath and breakfast is inclusive. all u need is an oyster card and all will be fine. but you need to look up connections on transport for londons homepage. |

| Comments: Staff is very unmotivated.
Examples.
- I arrived and was told to wait at the reception until the person finished talking with some friends and finished his cigarette. When you arrive at night, you wish to get to the room ASAP. You can wait but not long just because someone is smoking.
- The morning person, was very dry. We even asked her for a map. No assistance was provided and she limited herself to try finding one in the information shelf where they had publicity of many touristy activities.
So on... |

| Comments: Staff wasnt helpful at all, and hotel is further from london and the "nearest" train station then it says.... also, it is on the national rail service, not the metro! Room was spacious, good shower, tv and comfy bed!! few marks on the walls but nothing to complain about!!! THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST!!! Was fine apart from the location |

| Comments: Generally the hotel condition is ok except for the location it's really far from central london. The staffs are friendly except for one lady receptionist who was very rude and unhelpful (if only I know her name). I got the family room because there were 6 of us so bed and facilities of the room I should give average (no hairdryer as being promised) but the bathroom sucks! |
