Comments: Everything basic provided. Location was really good considering it's closeness to San Marco Square. However, the door to the apt needed some getting use to. Make sure you know how to open it before the agent leaves you there.

Comments: We did not stay in this apartment and was changed 3 times before being sqashed into what could only be described as a cellar. Very dark one tiny window in living room nowhere else. Bathroom damp

Comments: I am 28 yrs old and went with my parents and 14 year old brother. they gave us a cozy apartment with a full kitchen, very clean and right behind pza San Marco. it felt like we were living as true venetians, which was great! the place was stocked with cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils and the bathroom had great hot water. i would stay there again in a heartbeat! it was hard to leave.

Comments: Our only complaint is that their netsite does NOT state that room payment (in this case, 288 Euros) had to be paid in CASH. Nothing on their site indicates this and it should. Several times under \"Terms and Conditions\" they mention charging one\'s credit card for no-shows etc, so they are clearly able to charge rooms. Also, they sent an email 2 weeks AFTER we left for our 4 week trip to Europe indicating the balance was due in cash. Didn\'t do much good to read about it when we returned from Europe. They should CLEARLY state that the balance of room rate must be paid in cash, ON THEIR SITE.

Comments: The stay was nice, even if the check in was rather clinical and a financial transaction as opposed to genuine interest. either way, the apartment is nice, a little bit of noise since its off the main drag, but mostly because the tourist carts are loaded in and out of the building next door morning and night.

Comments: I think there are 2 places that the manger rents out. The communication wasn't too good. We went to the wrong place and had to call her. But the Vidal was the biggest place we stayed at while in Europe. There was a kitchen and a dining table. It was great. Close to everything too.

| Comments: The kitchenette was quite poorly equipped - so be warned and also if you like tea, coffee on your arrival after an arduous journey, then stock up first. If you arrive before 8pm at night, Venice time, you can go to the excellent and very friendly Allimenteri which is just around the corner, and very 'local' in its character - unlike most shops in Venice. They also have a nice range of vegetarian foods and soya milk etc - which is also a rarity in Venice. So veggies would be most pleased to end up here!
The location, for the money, is prime - 5 mins from the Academia and about 15 mins to the San Marco Piazza. |

Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Frezzeria. As a group of travelling college students the location was fantastic, especially considering the price. Highly recommended!

Comments: It was a great full featured apartment to stay in and would be great for a small family or group. Nice location and the price was reasonable for what you get. Make sure you call or contact the owner before you get there so you know where to meet them. Great place.

Comments: we stayed in the frezzeria for 2 nights and it was a very convenient and cheap way to stay in this lovely but overpriced city.since the traffic was horrible on our arrival day the contact person was friendly albeit a little stressed.so we had to find the gas tap by ourselves which we did after 1 1/2 days.(under the sink;)the rooms are a little on the dark side but comfy
