I can really recommand this B&B, it is a very nice place to be. By the way: Do not be irritated by the distance to the city-centre (20 minutes by foot), because there is a bus stop right in front of the B&B.

Plus her dog is adorable. The place is very clean. I highly recommend the full Irish breakfast in the morning for 5 euro - OJ, tea, bacon, sausage, egg, and toast. Completely worth it. The place is fairly convienient for access to the city, as the bus stop is right outside, and from there it\'s 15-25 minutes depending on traffic. It\'s nice sitting in the front row of the top of the double decked going into the city. I would definitely stay here again if going to Dublin.

We loved the location since it was outside the city center but very accessible by bus (though other people might prefer something closer to the center). Everyone was really helpful. Breakfast was light and tasty, though we weren't informed until we got there that there was no hot breakfast; not sure if that's a regular thing or was just because someone was away. Overall, though, definitely great and we will recommend you guys!

The only negative is that it takes around 30 minutes to walk to the center of the city but I doubt there are better prices any closer.

Imelda is such a great host!!! She made everything possible to make us feel comfortable! The house is incredibly clean!!!! Good breakfast!!! I recommend it !!!

It's a little out of town, but quite comfortable and away from the business of the city, Our room (double shared washroom) was really small which was slightly difficult at times, but for a short stay like ours it still suited our needs. Irish Breakfast for €5/day is definitely worth it!

Imelda the owner is lovely and was around to let us in even though we arrived after midnight! The breakfast was filling with Cereal, toast and tea/coffee which just kept coming!. the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was shared, but we had no problems getting access to it, and it was clean, tidy and the hot water worked a treat. Only downside it is a little way out of the centre of town, but the bus stops right out the front of the B&B and as a positive, it is only a short walk to Phoenix Park. We can definitely recommend a stay here!
