Luckly I had my laptop and plugged in directly for Internet. TIP: Take the Metro from airport to Larissa SAVE 1 hr travel time vs busing. Luckily we were assigned 1st floor because there's no elevator! Bring along ear plugs, you can hear outside street noise easily from your room. Area has limited choices for eating, so get a metro weekly/monthly pass and head out to Sytngama/monastiraki.

Near metaxurio subway station. Not located in a good or bad area. I recommand the place. If you want to go to airport, take subway, not the train. If you take the train, you will do 3 transfers and it will take 2 hours!

A great resteraunt 2 blocks away, ask them to tell you where George\'s resteraunt is, local place, local food, local prices. The location is not in a tourist area, more on the outskirts, but metro is great, so long as there isnt a strike!!Free internet.

Our only complaint was that when we arrived late for our third visit with them due to our ferry arriving in Athens later than scheduled we had no room available and had to walk to another hotel they had moved us to. This hotel was not up to the standard of the Neos Olympos. Otherwise I would return again to the hostel.

There is no attraction close to the hotel just the main trian station and underground station is close and that can be convenient. The room was just average.

We were very near most of the important sites and the hotel was very clean, we also had airconditioning which was good because it si quite hot in august in Athens.

It didn't look like it was around to much and seemed to be in a residential area. It is right by the train station however. The place was very clean and nicely decorated and the guy at the front spoke great English and was very helpful.

Public showers we're very dirty and bad and we had no controller for the aircondition.. Staff was not especially friendly. Hotel didn't get our booking, so we didn't get the room we booked. the room we finally got was noisy and unfriendly. We have been twice in Athens, the first time we were in 'PERGAMOS HOTEL' for 4 nights which was a great, nice and cheap hotel.. DON'T go to Neos Olympos!

The rooms are awkwardly laid out and make walking to your bed rather tricky. The TV power cord went accross the door, so you had to unplug it every time you opened the door.
