| Comments: We had a great time in Rome, and the hostel was a very nice place to stay. The air conditioning was very welcomed in the 90 degree weather. It wasn't in the most exciting part of town, but is an easy walk to the forum. |

| Comments: We love this place! Comforts of a hotel, but with a full kitchen to use. The price for the room was the cheapest we found, and with a kitchen you save even more money. The owner, Damiano, is very generous and will help you with anything you might need. We\'ve been to Rome quite a few times and this was by far the best experience yet! The location is great! Right on Piazza San Giovanni and the Colosseum is just down the street! Right next to the metro as well. We give it a 10+!!! |

| Comments: We didn't stay at happy holiday. We got put at bed and breakfast trinity. We did get a HUGE room with our own bathroom. We had breakfast served to our door [although the woman forgot the last 2 days, which I had to ask and she reluctantly brought it to us]. we were promised internet and a kitchen to use, which were not provided. and not allowed Apart from the broken promises and not so friendly staff, the place was great. |

| Comments: Really nice place, all new decor and great furnishings and fittings for a hostel. The owner was as helpful as he could be and always had a friendly ciao when he saw us. Amazing locale; minutes from the Colosseum and forum and close to buses for the centre. Superb. |

| Comments: This was possibly the best B+B guesthouse we could have found in Rome, 10min walk to Colloseum, few steps from Piazza St.Laterano where one can reach all main buses, beautiful spacious room, nice shared bathroom, very clean, jummy breakfast, well equipt kitchen, fridge loaded every single day with fresh milk, orange juice... can´t remember the owner´s name any more, sorry (:, but he was wonderful, friendly and helpful, definitly would come again... |

| Comments: For the money, great value... open kitchen, take whatever you want, whenever you want.. caretakers are very nice and helpful, but not there all the time (only when you agree to meet them there).. free computer whenever you want. 10 minute walk from the Colosseum and Forum, 5 minute walk to subway. We would stay there again |

| Comments: Two problems
1. Finding this place. Not easy to locate.
2. Shared bathroom. But very clean though.
It is an apartment. The care taker lady comes only to clean and receive you. After that no one will be there.
Make sure you inform them in advance if you arrival time has changed
Has kitchen and fecilities for tea, coffee and snacks all the time.
Very nice lady. The owner is also very kind.
Spacious rooms, TV, towels, heater and internet.
Very satisfied. |

| Comments: The man and woman are so very helpful. The room for two of us was HUGE. there was always food in the kitchen. the only problem was the one bathroom was being shared by 8 people and somehow two people always needed it at the same time. Would stay there again if ever back in Rome. |

| Comments: This place is perfect. You get an amazing deal for your money- Damien, the main man, is the equivalent of staying at a 5 star hotel- he will help you anyway he can to make your stay perfect. The rooms are done in a very nice ikea style, and everything is so clean. Sharing a bathroom isn't so bad as long as you know who you're with! But, he just opened up some en suite rooms which I will be staying at on my next visit. I would RUN back to this place next time I'm in Rome. Could not have been better. The place comes with towels that are actually big enough to wrap around- there's a blow dryer in the bathroom- and cornflakes for b fast, as well as tea and toast available at all times- as well as milk and sugar. And, if you need laundry done, Damien can do it and have it delivered to your room for only 5 euros. 10 stars! Thanks Damien!! |

| Comments: We had such a WONDERFUL stay at Happy Holidays Rome. The room is beautiful, comfortable, clean and well-maintained. If you ever stay there, try to request for room 1 coz it faces the inner courtyard so it\'s quieter.
Damiano and Laura were extremely warm, helpful and hospitable. He gave us quite a lot of good food recommendations and suggestions to get to the shopping outlet we wanted to go.
Our only complaint is that the water pressure is on the low side. Shower is still manageable, but the water trickles from the basin tap so brushing teeth may be a bit more difficult. Water pressure in the kitchen works perfectly so it\'s easier to go there and brush your teeth. But the wonderful room and comfortable sleep we had more than made up for that. You can even help yourself to drinks in the fridge (coke, milk, beer, fruit juice) and food in the kitchen any time of the day. They have free internet access too (including wireless). Damiano recommended a wonderful restaurant just downstairs -Ristorante \"Cannavota\" Roma (Piazza S. Giovanni in Laterano, 20-24). The food was so good and weâ€ve been there for 3 times within 4 days. I will really love to stay at Happy Holidays when I visit Rome again in the future. |

| Comments: This B&B is excellent. The owner was a really friendly guy who managed the place really well. We stayed in the family room. Although there was a switch for the hot water but it wasn't providing really hot water. After some time, the tank was out of hot water. Other than that, snacks were provided in the kitchen and there was internet 24 hours daily. It was great here and I would recommend people to come here. Location was good as it was close to metro and the Colosseum. Keep up the good work! |

| Comments: The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to Colosseo! The district is very safe and nice, lots of restaurants, shops around. Our room was clean, large, well appointed with the view on San Giovanni square. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Actually we have spent only one night in Happy Holiday B&B. The water was cut off in all the house and the owner found for us another B&B with private bathroom and he didn\'t take money for the first nignt!!! Finaly we paid for our accomodation in Rome less than we had to! The owner even transported us to new B&B! You should be sure that your interests are priority in this B&B. highly recommend! |

| Comments: Its a 10 min walk from the coloseum, and the air con is fantastic! small kitchin with breakfast left out all day perfect for people that want to cut costs by doing a little self catering. supermarket very local
very good security, massive well locked doors, Rome in general is full of pick pockets...really really dont let your lugage out of your site, and try to lock backpacks in someway.
good bus and metro close by, busses run till midnight.
Free internet access, and a lift so no nasty stairs.
quite, although you do get the odd ambulance due to the hospital.
Excelent directions to the hostel are provided.
Tho i do suggest payment on arival. |
