Only bad thing is that the Alcazar across the street was undergoing construction, which made it a little hard to sleep after 9-10ish in the morning.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating USA 16th September 2007 Female 25-30 2/5 Comments: the front desk was downright clueless. first they couldn't find my reservation, and had to send me to the local tourismo to print a copy (for the price they were charging you'd think they'd be at least equipped with a computer and internet). when i finally arrived at the address, the shop owner next door told me that the tourismo had relocated a while ago...the hotel staff should be updated on this kind of information. when we were paying the bill the next morning, they charged me the full price without subtracting the deposit that i had already paid online, and tried blaming me for the mistake even though the balance i owed was written clearly on the reservation. the room was spacious and clean but the walls were paper thin. we were woken up by people's footsteps in the hallway. there was no hot water at first, turned out that they had forgotten to turn on the water heater. i didn't expect luxury but the service was incompetent to say the best.

Staff were always willing to help with anything we needed. Was exceptionally clean. Would definately recommend this hostel!

However, it could have been a problem with my laptop rather than with their router, so it could have been there was nothing they could do anyway.

I have chronic back pain and I need an extra pillow to sleep, which I was denied impolitely. I left a day early for that reason, HIGHLY unsatisfied.
