| Comments: Staying in the Crooked House added another dimension to the character of Amsterdam. Had a lovely homely feel to it, and would definately stay again. Cheers Martin |

| Comments: Nice little place. Quaint room (the bathroom may be a bit too quaint), comfy bed, and its in a quiet street without being out of the way. Would stay again |

| Comments: Very nice little apartment. The bathroom was a trip, but keep in mind this place was built in 1660. WC stands for water closet, and that\'s exactly what this place has!! |

| Comments: The bathroom is primitive and the apartment dark, damp and a bit stinky. On the plus side, you have your own apartment and the owner is a pretty nice guy. A bit of a tradeoff, but I think in Amsterdam one cannot be too particular. Great location |

| Comments: It is really a warm place, you feel like you have a house in Amsterdam, really crooked and interesting, very helpful owner, location is just 5-10 mins of walk to cool areas, security is fine. Good for couples. I strongly recommend. |

| Comments: The studio room is really great, very private and quirky, in a quiet lovely street but easy walking (10-20 mins)distance to most places. Very happy to have stayed there. |

| Comments: Although the location is great and the owner very friendly and nice. The cost to quality is very high. €140 per night for the new year week, even for just one person. It is an addional €20 per night for an extra camp regardless of whether only two people stay. The bathroom is basic and cold with only cold water in the small washbasin and no real shower. The kitchen area is a fridge and microwave, there is no hanging space in the room. So, overall a good place to stay at a lower price. The facilities, quality at this price are not justified. |

| Comments: The perfect place for a weekend away. We chose it because it is cool to have your own front door key and lots of space. The owners are really really friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect -- a few minutes walk from the centre but in a characterful "real" area of the city. Really recommended. |

| Comments: to expencive for the poor room we were. not so clean. maybe in Amsterdam all is expencive but the service...
troppo costosa per la povera stanza che ci hanno dato. poco pulita c\'erano rsti ovunque degli inquilini precedenti tra cui un sacchettino di marija (a chi piace). forse amsterdam è costosa ma per il servizio offerto...troppo cara. |

| Comments: Well equipped (microwave/hob/fridge/TV/shower), small apartment/room. Peaceful location, a short walk (15 mins) from fun or culture. Very relaxed and friendly owners. Great for a couple or friends as the double bed is big. Only gripe is the freezing cold toilet/shower combo room that drenches the floor every time it is used and the noisey heating system. All round much better than a hotel and the private access is nice. Don't lose the key, it will cost you 99 Euro's and no uninvited guests allowed, although i didn't test this rule.
Will stay here again and recommend you try it too. |

| Comments: Really nice place to stay, it is a small apartment with a small bath and a very small "kitchen corner", but it is well equipped, nicely coloured, and the private entrance grants you privacy and relax. Near to tram/bus stop, and a short walk away from the museums, Leidseplein and many attraction. Price was quite high in the "top season" weekend we went there, but should be very adequate in other periods. Ideal for a long stay. |

| Comments: Nice place, not very far from downtown. The room was very confortable, but I didnt like the shower so much. There's nothing separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom, so everything gets really wet every shower you take! Not a big problem, anyway. I recommend it! |

| Comments: The Crooked House has its own character and a very nice building to live in. It was 10-15 minutes walk from main square's with plenty transport for a 5 minute ride. Will definately visit here again to stay, excellent time. Enjoyable and friendly atmosphere with plenty privacy. |
