There is internet available. The bathrooms were clean and though shared there were many and I never had to wait. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. Easy to find. Very clean and pretty quiet. Our room had a big window and wardrobe and sink. Great value, I highly recommend it.

Staff are very helpful and are able to speak many languges as English, French, Polish, Greek and I do not know if more languages... Rooms are very clean and also the bathrooms. The hostel is in the center and many bars and clubs are near the hostel

This hostel was super clean and really quite (and pretty cheap) so if that is what your looking for go for it. It is more like a hotel - just so you know.

My only real complaint was the loud people in the hallways throughout the night that prevented me from sleeping, and the staff did nothing to quiet them.

Not quite enough hot water, letter asking us to conserve water but the shower and the taps still ran after use. very noisy laneway outside our window on friday night. we asked for a double, were given a triple with ensuit but noticed it had a metal security door and small window indicating perhaps previous break- ins from the laneway outside window? Staff very nice though.

It was so cold when we arrived and we got into our room which they kindly upgraded because they could! It was warm and cosy. Linen was included and there was even a tv if you like spanish. internet was also dirt cheap and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They even give you and awesome map with everything you want on it I.E supermarket, laundry etc.

There are so many bathrooms on the floor it was like having our own! (except not paying the extra money!) We booked the Flamenco show they advertise in the hostel... DON'T GO!! It was a real disappointment and not worth the money. Our room was small and on a noisy street, but very clean. Staff was friendly.
