Comments: This is not in a central location, but it is interesting to see residential parts of Venice away from the tourist shops. A good sized room with nice extras like a kettle and mini bar fridge.

Comments: we had a private room. we checked in and then followed a lady for about 10 blocks to a dark, sketchy road where we went through 4 locked gates/doors to find a pretty nice room. showers are a bit of a pain but at least they are hot. also the check in office is just an unlabeled door on the side of a building. free luggage storage and nice clean room.

Comments: This place was fine to stay in, really a cheap hotel room, rather than a hostel, secure and tidy, with a fridge and tv, although it wasn't in the same building as the office, we left our large backpacks in the office which is very close tot he train and bus stations, and just took what we needed to the room - sorted!

Comments: The room was actually far away from the reception, more central, but we had a beautiful view of a channel. We had problems with hot water though, which made the price a bit inadequate.

Comments: We stayed in the private rooms which are about an 8 minute walk from the main hostel. Small rooms but clean, comes with a fridge, kettle and tv. Staff gave good recommendations. Feel confident staying here. YOu need 5 keys to get into the private rooms so you defintely felt safe.

Comments: The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, and where we stayed (Apartment Perugino) was clean and felt very secure. But the bathroom is tiny and the major problem with the room is that there is nowhere to hang clothes; a few hooks on the wall would have been enormously helpful. Also the walls are incredibly thin. All in all it's not worth the money but then we all know that Venice is overpriced, so if you are on a budget this is fine.

Comments: That was the best hostel stay of my life. Despite the reception and the hostel was not in the same place, the hostel was not far away from reception. The room was very clean, the staff clean rooms every day. There was a TV and refrigerator in the room also. The staff speak fuent English. Consequently I recommend this hostel.

Comments: Room was just too small was definately a single room with 2 beds.no room even for 1 suitcase or to hang clothes.next door rooms were twice the size so we were disappointed as we had booked months ahead.everything else good though so if the room had been better would have given it top marks

Comments: We were taken to a groundfloor room which was obviously moldy behind suspiciously hollow-sounding plastic walls. Definitely not a good place to stay for asthma/allergy sufferers. At night, I saw someone peer through the outside blinds. Not very reassuring. Moreover, it was about 15 mins walk from the reception.

Comments: While booking online, we thought it was close to the main train station, but only the reception is there and surprisingly the location of the room of at a very central place. Good service and clean rooms, definately recommended

Comments: My son and I stayed here and found the room to be clean and comfortable, however didn't like the fact that it was a fair distance from the main office on a side street. We arrived late at night and I didn't feel comfortable walking to the room on a deserted street. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay there. Venice is a very unique place. Very nice!

Comments: The only thing I´d might say is that when you read about the hostel they dont make it very explicit that some rooms are quite far away from the reception. We had to walk about 7 min to get to our room. The people tending the place have triple A´s in my gradebook! Thank you very much! Location is a bit far away from main attractions but Venice is such a walkable place so it was not that much of a problem.
