It is situated 30 km from Venice but there is a train station within 5 minutes walking range that will get you there in 30-40 minutes. Very friendly, English speaking owners. What makes it difficult to stay there is tha fact that the air conditioning is out of order. You open the windows but you won't be able to sleep because of the mosquitoes and the noise from the bar next door.

Works well if you are travelling as a large group. Cleanliness could have been better as well as the lighting inside. Some of the furniture is on the verge of serious breakage.

It's a shame that I had to pay the deposit and reservation fee for nothing. Moreover, 12 days later, the money was not given back to me.

You have to get the bus no6 to traviso train station 1Euro and then a train to Mestre and then change over to another train to vigonza. The appartment is walking distance. There is a supermarket nearby but it opens at 4pm so take some milk with you if you need a drink. I would go again, ideal for relaxing and winding down.

A few inconsistencies between the advertisment and what you actually find once you get there. The "equipped adventure playground" is not present, satellite TV is not working, but nothing major though. I would go there again.

It is very spacious and has all the amenities (except laundry) The location is not actually Venice, but a small village called Vigonza, 30 minutes by train away. This is not much of a problem as trains are every 30 mins and the apartment is 2 mins walk from the station. There is a very cheap grocery nearby also. Reccomened.

It's basically a house, complete with kitchen facilities, etc. Very well-maintained! It's on the mainland before reaching the island (Venice) but a train station is just outside the front door.

This place was by far the best. The housing was fantastic, and the main focus of the staff seems to be a little returant they run, which made the best pizza we had in all of Italy. And best of all there was Frank. Frank is perhaps the greatest single human being alive. He gave us a free pizza, and when we ordered another and a good bottle of wine it only cost us 13 euros.

Eventually we left and went somewhere else because we werent sure if we would be able to stay there. The management left no way to contact them and we ended up wasting the day.
