At the moment that I arrived in the hotel I told them that I wouldn't stay the 3 days. And the answer was ok! But I stayed only 2 days and they charged the 3 days with breakfeast!! No deal!! I spoke with the menager but he doesn't want to understand. So I'll never again are going to take this poor hotel!!For me the only rule is: that the costumer needs a good treatment, I never had such a problem at other countrys as I had in Viena...Never again I will go there. thanks!!

Breakfast was also small but good. Staff is very friendly. Location is not so central but subway is not far away and with tram which is even closer, you get easily to west railway station and to Prater. I would stay here again and can recommend the place for everyone. Really good value for your money.

Not much going on in the common areas. Traffic noice in some of the rooms. Nice staff, and clean rooms you can't ask 4 more. :-)

The room and breakfast were OK and I would definitely stay here again - the staff were friendly and helpful.
