The location couldnt have been better... but marseille on the other hand is really not worth going to... i wouldnt understand why anyone would go there to begin with... but if you do go this hotel was great!

A great place to visit -would have stayed longer if there had been cheaper accommodation. Re cleanliness - the room itself was in need of a good paint and freshen up - walls and curtains were grimey though bathroom and bed were spotless.

There is an excellent view of the port just minutes away and some good shopping areas nearby. However my sister and myself were slightly uneasy wandering out late in the evening, especially around the Port area and in the direction of the train station.

You can get a great,low cost breakfast in your room (morning room service!). VERY far from the airport, but about a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Nothing better than arriving to a new city at midnight and getting lost trying to find the place only to have them tell me as best they could that they had no record of my reservation. I showed them my hostelword.com print out of the confirmation and they apologized and sent me packing. Not sure if its trav or the hotel but I ended up staying someplace else the two nights and it cost me more money.
