I'm sure the hotel had nothing to do with it, but it made a big impact on our impression of the place. Otherwise, the apartment was very spacious and in walking distance of several super markets and Kurfürstendamm. Just a little heads up - the owner asked us to pay in cash when we arrived.

Consequently We woke up to get ready to leave and ended up having to go to the train station with out showering from the night before and then had a 5 hour train ride to Prague. Not the best senario but overall the place was great for a couple. Everything you need in the apartment and close to the city.
