| Comments: Perfect! Would suggest it to anyone going to Milan. Very clean, perfectly situated within 10 minutes by tram to Duomo. Only, might be good if some kind of breakfast could be offered (coffee there is free). |

| Comments: A pretty easy ride on tram 24, Bed and Bed is a glorified hostel with a jaded staff and noisy clientele. We had no trouble finding the mattress springs, they just pop right out. |

| Comments: Nice place. The bedroom was clean and nice.
The only problem was the shared bathroom.
There was only 2 for all the guests.
Apart of that, it was good. There was a coffee machine with coffee for free until noon =) |

| Comments: The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and the rooms were very clean but cold. Too far to walk to center of town, but easy on the tram. The only problem we had was that you can hear everything and everyone. |

| Comments: The location is NOT 1.2km from Duomo, it's more like 3km.You gotta take a tram which takes 15mins to get to the center of the city so you the location is OK,not great. The hotel itself was a positive surprise with clean rooms etc.Staff was friendly, too. |

| Comments: 20 minutes by tram from the center.
Absolutely no fun (no lobby/common place), nor breakfast.
However, an affordable and correct hotel. |

| Comments: Was a bit more than 1.2 km from the Duomo but right on a major tram line so it was very easy to get to downtown Milan. |

| Comments: Overall the place wasn't too bad. It was clean and the doors locked for personal safety. The people there were all very nice and spoke English very well. It was kinda far from the center (9 stops to the duomo), even though the tram stops right in front of the place, and the area it was in didn't exactly scream safety. Milan's not that nice of a place in general, but if you do happen to go there, this place isn't too bad for a cheap price. (oh but FYI, there's only 2 bathrooms in the whole place!) |

| Comments: Great place to stay in Milan.
Conditions are close to what you expect from a hotel not a hostel: towels everyday, bed linen included, free coffee machine and internet connection, reception desk available 24h/day. People working there are very helpful and communicative. The place is not very far from Duomo (15-20mins direct street car journey), there are two supermarkets nearby and a great Chinese Italian restaurant with a cheap take away pizza. The only thing that we were missing is a kitchen. |

| Comments: We reserved a 2 bed room, and were put in a room with one double bed. The woman at the desk insisted that a 2 bed room only has one bed. I don't like to complain, but my friend and I had paid extra to stay in a room with 2 beds. After we complained, they told us to wait an hour, and put us in a room with a queen bed. Either they lost our reservation and lied about it, or they don't know the definition of the number 2. Either way, I will never stay there again. |

| Comments: Very good service, and clean. Nice to have new towels every day. The only bad thing was that we didnt have any toilet on our flour so we had to go down one flour and then it was often occupated. But otherwise it was very very good. |

| Comments: Nice rooms, every day clean towels. Bathroom to be shared with many and could be cleaner. Not the best area, but good restaurant down the street and by tram and metro not that far from the city centre. |
