It´s dirty and really not taken care of. The reception isn´t available in the afternoon...and one must call and wait for them to arrive. Our hot water wouldn´t work for more than one shower (for a seven person apartment), and couldn´t get in touch with them to fix it for 24 hours. Although, they did have free internet.

Cheap, clean and no problems with staff or security. They wrote me an email 2 days before that we get another rooms at another place and that we shall call on arrival day. I did that and 5 minutes later a staff member was there to give us the key. We were 12 people and we got a complete flat with 2 bathrooms ans 5 rooms to sleep. No problems, just great. Next year again, for sure!

Was clean and no problems with the rooms apart from the showers not being hung up so we had to crouch in the bath. Would definately recommend and stay here again. We were a group of 12 lads on a stag do.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Sweden 17th May 2008 Mixed Group 41+ 2/5 Comments: location is good, although it is place on the same street as some sex bars. our apartments did miss some important things (coffee maker, bed light among others) though. there were construction workers just next to ours and they started the working hours early - around 7.30 am. we didn't appreciate it that much. all in all, the stay was ok. could recommend it as a great budget option for those who want to save money on accommodation.

We had a wheel clamp on our car and the staff really helped us with the police. In fact he mangaged everything and drove us to a safer parking lot and took us back in his own car. It has an elevator if you have lots of luggage, it is really close to Wenceslas square and some of the night life attractions. The underground is within a 5 min walking distance. The security was okay, being as the police station is just down the road, but it\'s up to the people staying there to lock the inside doors with a key. They provide free internet and a computer in the lobby when it is open and the rooms were quite clean and furnished quite well. I would recommend it to anyone on a budget. The staff were friendly and spoke very good English and were willing to help out showing us where attractions were and providing a free map of the city.

While we were out one night one of our rooms on the first floor was broken into. They took everything including passports. I would still stay here again, however take all your valuables out with you.

The staff did their best, and we were happy about the location (exept staying at the 1 floor because of the noise from the street) and the staff did a great job - so the vacation went very well. We especially enjoyed the free internet, and the bathroom were nice

Only drawback: Two bathrooms would be better for a 8-beds appartment, but we are happy that we found one appartment for all of us cause there are not so many 8 people appartments in Prague.

Staff at reception were very helpful in suggesting things to do. Guesthouse is made up of apartments, the one we stayed in was huge but very old and the window was broken. Reasonably clean except for the kitchen which was quite dirty.
