The small beach is just down the main street, and the rooms, aside from an unexplainable smell, were clean enough. We, however, booked a private room, so the dorms are a mystery. It's nothing fancy, but if you're used to hostels this will not surprise you.

Not right in the centre of town but perfect for the bus station and only a 10 minute walk to the sea and restaurants etc. Room was really clean and extra touches like a safe and the toiletries provided made for a great stay.

It is very close to the where the bus drops you off and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. There is free internet most of the time and the staff is very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We had two rooms (one with 2 twins, one queen/king and a pull out couch). We also had a kitchen, dining / living room, patio, and a separate toilet and shower. The location was close to the bus station and about a 10 min walk to the beach. Also close to a grocery store and many local veggie markets. If I come to Nerja again, I will definitely stay in Hostal Abril!

It was extemely clean, the staff was friendly, free towels, big rooms. We had no complaints at all. We couldn´t believe how nice it was for the price. Our room even had a couch, a refrigerator and a tea set! I highly recommend it for a beach weekend!

The rooms are perfectly clean, the service is excellent and the location is good - close to the bus station and a few minutes walk from the beach. There is also internet access in the lobby (don't know how much it costs, if anything). Highly recommended!
