We were absolutely satisified with Urban House. If we went to Bangkok again, we would definitely stay there again. It was clean, in a good location (near MRT and Skytrain Station) and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The room prices are absolutely appropriate. We just loved it there!

The location is in the business district so away from the main tourist attractions. However there is spa across the road and great for the night market! VERY clean and helpful nice lady.

There are more visitors than thai people in Kaosan Road, if you want to see how thai people live, I recommend you not to stay in Kaosan Road, but to stay here, the heart of this city, Bangkok. And this clean, quiet, and safe Urban House is a perfect place to take a rest with very friendly staffs.

The suite room we had was first class ,spotlessly clean, looked brand new and was excellent value. The lady owner/manager also spoke good English and was very helpful so we recommend this hotel if you want a nice quiet place to stay but close to the fun areas!
