The morning staff was, on the other hand, more sincere and helpful. Over a period of 3 hours in an 'A/C room', I received no less than a dozen mosquito bites. I wonder just how often they clean. :(

The staff has been very kind, nice and friendly. They had helped me with everything I needed. The location of the hotel is also excellent, in the center of Cairo, and very close to the main places to visit. The rooms are very clean and all of them had air-condition. All my rooms had an excellent view of Cairo, as well as the cafeteria where a lovely breakfast had been provided. In short, I have no complains at all, and I strongly recomend it.

The staff is helpful, our room was clean, there was no problem with hot water, and the internet use was fast and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place as a centrally located budget hotel.

They were always happy to answer questions, provide recommendations, arrange transportation, or hand deliver water bottles to the room. On my last night in Egypt, I expressed my disappointment that I had never purchased any postcards. The employee on duty immediately made a call on his cell phone, and within 15 minutes, a stack of postcards was hand-delivered to me! I was thrilled! The prices were extremely reasonable and included amenities that they could easily have charged extra for. All in all, a great value!
