Nestled into the tranquil hillside of Colle S.Giorgio with over four acres of luscious gardens and ancient olive groves its elevated position commands magnificent panoramic views of the valley, distant medieval towns on hilltops, Monte Conero and the Adriatic Sea. Il sorger del sole (sunrise) is a perfect hideaway for honeymooners, romantics and those seeking a completely relaxing break. The house is unique and full of character and has been restored with loving care. The guest rooms are beautiful, individually designed and stunningly styled with independent entrances allowing you, your privacy. The master en-suite guest room has a wonderful relaxing ambience. It has a seating area with leather sofa and is furnished with comfortable double bed, fridge/mini-bar, CD/ hi-fi, teletext TV, DVD player, bathrobes and hairdryer. The twin/double guest room is charming. It is accessed through a private vine covered portico with double glass doors to the bedroom and another door to a private dressing/shower room. The bedroom has a seating area and is furnished with fridge/mini-bar, teletext TV/DVD player, bathrobes and hairdryer. Made up as a twin the room is stylish with wrought iron beds and made up as a double the bed is large, comfortable and inviting. Please advise your hosts after booking if you require the room making up as a double. Room rates include delicious buffet breakfast served in the farmhouse kitchen or outside, complimentary mini-bar drinks (re-stocked daily with a litre of local white wine, a bottle of red wine, 2 beers, a bottle of both frizzante and naturale mineral water, an assortment of soft drinks & milk), complimentary speciality tea & coffee tray and shower gel/shampoo & soap. Fold up bed for a child up to 12 years is an extra 15 euros pn incl breakfast and for an adult an extra 25 euros pn incl breakfast etc - payable on arrival (please advise if you require an extra bed after booking). Rooms are cleaned & re-stocked daily at the convenience of guests. Tourist information, mini restaurant guide, a selection of CDs, DVDs, magazines and books are provided in guest rooms. Courtesy car service to local village of Troviggiano for guests wishing to use the regular bus service to Cingoli and Macerata with onward connections.
