In a busy area for shops, cafes, restaurants, but very quiet position looking out over backs of buildings towards the Duomo. To use balcony to its best advantage (eg breakfast overlooking Duomo) it would be best to come between mid-April & late September (a bit chilly in late October). On the other hand you get more sightseeing done in town when it's cooler. Very handy for the station so no stress getting to flat (look for Hotel Nazionale sign on right & Locanda Daniel door is just before it). Christina has designed an informative leaflet for the immediate area with tips on eating etc. Highly recommended.

Just wished they had more than a set of key because a group of six tends to break up and since you need the key to get into the apartment, having only one set of key can be quite tricky.

Near the train station with 5 minutes walk only. 2 minutes to the open market where you can buy good and cheap food to cook and save money. The only disadvantage is that there is no lift and you need to carry your heavy baggages up to the 3rd floor. But I will definitely go back to stay again.
