No top sheet, only a tiny bar of soap, no hair dryer or place to put one. It was clean and the heater worked though. The problem with security happened at 4:30 am when a lady was screaming at a man and threatening to call the guards. We never found out what happened. The hotel gave us the wrong room, it was supposed to have two single beds, and instead had a double bed. It is pretty easy to catch a bus from the center of town in Dublin to get there.

They promised to send me a postal order with the amount from the deposit but who knows how long time that's gonna take!? Poor location from the city centre and nothing of interest in the neighbourhood.

And I didn't realise the breakfast was not included, let alone served in a space looking like a fast food restaurant, the 5% reduction voucher obviously doesn't make up for that.

Otherwise the hotel was nice and the receptionists were friendly and helpful.
