Comments: We had to practically beg staff to allow us to leave bags for a few hours after checkout, this is a standard service offered by every other hotel/hostel I have ever been to.

Comments: nice guesthouse but you need absolutely a car to enjoy it. it\'s 15 minutes far from Dublin city center but there aren\'t much buses (which are expensive!).

Comments: Very nice hostel, more like a hotel. There is a great diner next door, they make fabulous smoothies!! A little far from the city center, but the hotel will call a cab for you, which is convenient.

Comments: Very basic, without any extra frills. No top sheet, only a tiny bar of soap, no hair dryer or place to put one. It was clean and the heater worked though. The problem with security happened at 4:30 am when a lady was screaming at a man and threatening to call the guards. We never found out what happened. The hotel gave us the wrong room, it was supposed to have two single beds, and instead had a double bed. It is pretty easy to catch a bus from the center of town in Dublin to get there.

Comments: Hotel is nice and clean but too far from city centre. Had a mix up with the room on the last night got a refund but had to stay somewhere else for the last night. Otherwise itw as good.

Comments: Uncomfortable beds, no hot water one day, no cold water the next day. Staff were unable to provide change for using the vending machines or telephone.

| Comments: At check-in they forgot I had already paid a deposit and their system couldn't afterwards take that into account. They promised to send me a postal order with the amount from the deposit but who knows how long time that's gonna take!?
Poor location from the city centre and nothing of interest in the neighbourhood. |

Comments: We found the Travelodge to be convenient for those of us using the bus. The staff were most helpful answering all of our travel questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Comments: Very clean and friendly staff, but a bit farther from central Dublin than I originally thought (bus ends at 11:30PM and this hotel is 6 miles from Dublin city centre - i.e. not within stumbling distance from Temple Bar)

Comments: Travelodge Castleknock was okay, but difficult to find by public transport from the airport. And I didn't realise the breakfast was not included, let alone served in a space looking like a fast food restaurant, the 5% reduction voucher obviously doesn't make up for that.

Comments: We stayed in a non-smoking room, but still - in the mornings and late at night - we could smell someone on our corridor was smoking... Otherwise the hotel was nice and the receptionists were friendly and helpful.
