| Comments: Great location for the airport, not good for much else if you do not have a car, as it is about 5 miles from Limerick. The staff was very helpful and did their best to meet out needs. |

| Comments: Its within walking distance to the city center but to walk from the bus station is not a good idea with a backpack after a long day of travel. |

| Comments: Rather cold and bare room, could do with cosying up a little, and adding some character. Other than that, conveniently located on airport route and standards of cleanliness good. |

| Comments: I would just like to alert everyone that this is NOT A HOSTEL, but a hotel where you pay the price per room, NOT per person and also you cannot cook your own meals. Be careful, since it is published on the websites for youthhostels! |

| Comments: This was a great location for us because we were flying out of Shannon the next morning and we also had a hire car to get into the city. If you want to stay somewhere within walking distance to town probably not the place for you. |

| Comments: In my opinion this was no Hostel it was a Hotel. It has a TV in the room and we got free towels, shower gel and tea bags/instant coffee because the Room has a electric kettle.
There was no breakfast or kitchen but near the Hotel was a 24h Supermarket and a fast food restaurant.
The car park was free.
One think I don`t like, we book a Room for 3 Persons and got a Room with one King size bed and a sofa with couch. |

| Comments: I booked this Hotel because it was near the airport... What they don't tell you is, if your flight leaves before the buses run, you have to pay 30 EURO to get a taxi to the airport. For us travelers on a budget, that wasn't a fun surprise! We might as well have stayed closer in Limerick City. Sooo frustrating. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay. |

| Comments: nice big shower! We had no keys to our room, so we had to be let in (annoying). Also, there are no outlets near the bed for my husband's medical machine and reception couldn't supply an extension cord. Had to re-arrange the room. |

| Comments: Staff is friendly and helpful.
Near the bus line, but difficult to cross the highway to get to the stop.
Bed was lumpy and I woke up with my back hurting from it. There was an extra quilt for the couch, so I should have used it to cushion the lumps in the mattress.
The restaurant (Eddie Rocket\'s) is attached and has good food - try the tuna melt. |

| Comments: This kind of has your average road-side hotel feel to it. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are kept very clean and the beds are quite comfy.
There are a few downsides to Travelodge. They're location isn't very central can make buses into town confusing to figure out and the taxi ride is only about 10 euro on average but kind rack up if you're spending a weekend there. Also, if possible reserve this hostel with a credit card, NOT a debit card. A lot of places do this and I understand why, but for security purposes they have to put a pre-authorization charge of 75 Euro on your card to secure the room. It's not an uncommon thing to do but because my account was a debit card, this temporarily brought my account to a negative balance making it impossible to withdraw money. (There was only a little over one hundred USD in there anyway, but still unnerving and kind of out of nowhere without notifcation). I'm sure the owner will clear this up with a comment explaining the policy.
Despite minor inconveniences it was a nice place to stay with very knowledgable people on staff. |

| Comments: just a tip that we discovered: there's a new policy that means you can't check in until 3pm or you have to pay 10 euro. |

| Comments: Pretty standard 'Motel' accomodation, but with 3 of us using a family room it was better value than going to a hostel. Location is great for getting to Bunratty castle/medieval banquet, taxi was €25 for 5 of us so no one had to drive :-) |

| Comments: The Travelodge was great!!! My sister and I called it the Hilton compared to all other hostels! The staff was awesome. I asked if i could leave one of my suitcases there for TWO WEEKS to lighten my load...and they responded with a "no problem!" And sure enough, when I returned from that two week portion of my travels, my suitcase was still there, never touched, and the travelodge never made me pay a cent. Great staff, very clean, and great security. Good place to stay! |
