I would go there again, although the walls were very thin and the neighbours very loud, the staff helped us and after we could sleep very well. The heating couldn\'t be turned off though :(

But the room we stayed has no shower curtain altought we ask them to provide. so the water flooded till the room. And there is no lock for the bathroom. They should have a kitchen for guest.

Room is all right and location is fantastic! About 5 minutes walk to La Ramblas, the famous paedestrian walkway which connects to Plaza Catalunya. Staff were friendly but old, cant provide much city information.

But the staff in the morning is very friendly and helpful. Gave us directions and tips.

Then we got to know that the hotel cancelled our stay, because they thought that we were going to arrive at 2 PM and not at 2 AM, as we did. So we had to find us a new hotel. But they helped us with a room for the night on the hotel across the street, but the sheets were already used. Creepy! And none of the persons available spoke english, so we had to find a solution ourselves.... The touristinformation was very helpful the next day! But they informed us, that this had happened before, always the same hotel. So don't go there!

It was handled very unprofessionally. Given similiar comments from other guests, I would not recommend using this hotel.

The room was stunning and recently renovated. There were 3 different locks to get to our room so it was incredibly safe! No complaints.
