Room was clean, beds were fine. The only downside was that there wasn't any hot water left in the shower the first morning. I would stay here again if I ever went back to Milan.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating USA 18th October 2008 - - 2/5 Comments: This is a great hostel if you are only looking for a place to sleep. There is no common area or anything.The daughter speaks english but the parents only speak italian and i think mandarin. All the rooms in the hostel share one bathroom. There weren't any security lockers but the owners watched our stuff for us while we were away. Its close to the metro station but not close to any kind of nightlife.

The room was secure with a lockable door and bars covering the window. The main entrance was buzzer controlled and always shut. The 'fun' aspect only had a TV in the room for entertainment, but can't see the point in rating entertainment when access to the city is so quick and easy. This is good basic accommodation if you just want a room to store bags and sleep.

The lady was very sweet and was very embarassed for the confusion obviously caused by lack of communication between the website and the property...Please let me know who to contact to get my deposit back as this should never have been allowed to be taken from my card for a room that was not available!

When I saw the room I was surprised. The beds were clean and there was toiletpaper. I'd go back to rent room zara if I had to sleep in Milan again.
