| Comments: The hostel has a great location and the rooms are clean and nice.
I think it's the best quality/price ratio u can find in Venezia.
I strongly recommend it!
(Don't get scaried from the front door of the building, which is pretty crappy... the apartment is ok!) |

| Comments: It was my first experience in a hostel. But I think it was a relative good hostel. It has also a perfect location in the city-center. |

| Comments: Very nice place, close to San Marco. The staff was very nice, but the room did not look like the pictures. A bad thing is that it is near a chinese restaurant and it had a smell from the kitchen. But considering the location I would recommend it. |

| Comments: Breakfast is not included although it's called Bed & Breakfast Rota. But you can get cheaper price for the same breakfast in the restaurant downstair by getting a voucher from the reception. The location is very close to Rialto, the most happening place in Venice, staff are quite friendly as well. The only down side is too many rooms sharing just two bathrooms. |

| Comments: The location was very misleading. Although it is in Riolta, I would not have chosen it had I known that it was in a small and dark ally way. |

| Comments: After reading all the comments it is not so bad. It is clear: no breakfast, no store lugagge, no ccard. But you are in the center, any transport needed and the dorms are big. If you are only looking for a bed and a shower, if you accept all the comments read this is your place; 20 euros and in the middle of the beautiful Venice. I was for only one night and it was ok. It Is not the Buckimham Palace, but neither the Monster castle (Allthough the outside looks like =O) |

| Comments: DO NOT STAY HERE. They say they \"don\'t know what you\'re talking about\" when you ask for breakfast, cash only, no luggage storage, VERY dusty room in strange building away from reception, one tiny light in room (couldn\'t see anything), and we got locked out of the area w/ the common bathroom twice. Also one computer w/ internet which is \"out of service.\" |

| Comments: Good location in the city, but the staff is not helpful at all. The hostel said it had internet on website, but it was "not in service" when we arrived. This was very important to me for work and school to stay connected. Their reasoning: sorry, it's the internet company's fault, not ours. I asked if I could get credit to go to an internet cafe since internet was listed on their website, but I was told they didn't have to do anything to help me.Definitely just a rough sleep place. |

| Comments: This is the worst hostel that I have ever stayed. I originally reserved for 2 nights in this hostel. In the first night,I discovered some fleas were on my bed. I tried to unfold the blanket the hostel gave me. I observed there were some more fleas in the blanket. When I pressed on the fleas, they burst and some blood came out. It was so terrible and disgusting. I complained to the staff in the hostel. He said he could not do anything and he did not want to see the bed.Ridiculously he asked me what he could do on this matter. I said I would like to change to another bed. He claimed that the hostel was full and could not do it. On the next day, I talked with him again and said that I did not want to stay there on the second night. He said I could not get refund of the money. He also accused that I brought the fleas to the hostel. That was horrible, I did not have this problem in other hostels before and after this one, and how could I bring so many fleas to their hostel? After the argument, finally the boss of the hostel agreed to refund the rent for the second night and then I moved to another hostel. Besides this hostel is next to a main street, it is quite noisy at night. |

| Comments: B&B Rota was not at all what I was expecting from their advertisements. There was no internet, no breakfast, no luggage storage... And it was no fun because you don't meet anyone except your roommates since there isn't a great common area. It was weird. |

| Comments: Although it is called a "bed and breakfast" there was no breakfast. It is a good location but they no longer store luggage so you have to take it clear back to the train station if you want a place to store it. |

| Comments: This hostel is VERY VERY VERY BAD. It should be closed. I dont understand how the local autorities hold this kind of hostels. This one, doesn't have the minimal conditions for been opened. And it's situed in a very noisy street. Better don't go!!! (Jaime - Spain) |
