There is only one bathroom with a full shower and the other has a bath with no plug and taps that work properly...we were lucky as it was not too busy but in summer you may have a problem queing for the bathroom!

I know you have A safe but that is small and not specifically for general use. Other than that, a great hostel.

The room and bathroom and kitchen/common areas were great. Only downside was that it was very noisy on the street. But the location and facilities made up for this! Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

But the next night is good. the staff are very friendly. not close to the center of the city. have to walk. but the city is very small, so it's not a big problem. Firenze is a wonderful city.

The building is a 15 min walk from pretty much everything so pretty good location! The only downfall was that they only had a micro-wave for cooking food but we made due!! :D

However, both days our room was cleaned, the door was left open. The first day the door was wide open and the second day the door was unlocked when we arrived back. This presented some concerns as to the safety of our personal belongings that were left in the room that we had taken care to lock.

The place we stayed was the quieter Emerald Palace, which is what we want. The staff that checked us in was George, he was nice and explained all the attractions in Florence upon our arrival.
