In quite a quiet part of Munich, but the city centre and castle are both within easy walking or metro distance. The room, beds & bathroom were spotless, Just be careful about checking if breakfast is included. We though it was but were surprised when checking out to learn that it was 7 euro per person!! Overall good though!

There is no bar, no communal area, it is for people who need somewhere to sleep while in Munich. The hotel staff were friendly, rooms are clean (and cleaned everyday) and adequate. The locatioon may not be great if you are visiting munich for the first time, but it is not far to all the sights, just isn't in the most beautiful part of Munich. But it was everything I needed when working in Munich.

Room is clean but no air con or fan. Can be a little difficult to find, but there are shops and supermarkets close by. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff is very friendly and helpfull. No problem to modify a reservation and to stay longer.

Very clean and comfortable, good location, though not in walking distance to downtown, but worth it. We were charged 7 euros for breakfast instead of 5 and we don't know why, but that is our only complaint.

The location within the city is not that good but close to the tube-system. Unfortunately, the rooms smell strongly of cigarettes-although it´s a non-smokers place. the prices are ok though.

We were given a breakfast while staying which was really nice. The hotel was very hard to find, with minimal directions, we got of at station Liam however it was just across the street but all that was lit up was \'HOTEL\' so we walked around trying to find the hotel, go to the door and it was locked with peoples names for the apartment. Finally we called and Hotel Tessin was just on 1st floor, little confusing and we had to ring to get entrance. In the end was ok. Service was good, polite. Rooms are very close together and we heard noisy people in other rooms. Overall an ok stay.

I was charged for 48 hours of Internet access (yes, it's not free) despite the fact that I only asked for (and got) 24. The breakfast waiter didn't put out any more bread rolls for myself and another guest even though I saw that he had a very large bag full of them, and there was 40 minutes of breakfast remaining. Finally, the housekeeping lady simply unlocked my door, walked into my room and started cleaning - with me still inside!

S-bahn stop just across street, 10 min. walk to Hirsch Biergarten, and on main road to autobahns both north and south. Parking very convenient (but small - might want to book ahead). Breakfast simple but good, tasty selection, and staff very friendly and helpful. No question I'd stay again next trip to Munich.

First thing is that the breakfast is NOT included in the price, even when it is said that in the website (on the right side, with the services). The second thing is that our triple-room was really small. In fact it was a doble-room plus one small bed, but we were 3 adults, so it was not totally comfortable.
