The location is great, walking distance to Notre Dame, Louvre and Opera Garnier, and right around the corner from the Metro. Just down the street is a bustling cafe turn bar scene for the afterwork crowd. I felt very safe in the neighbourhood and the apartment itself. The apartment was very clean with all the kitchen things that one would need. The shower pressure was great and the bathroom very clean.

Right next to "Centre Pompidou" & "Les Halles", therefore w/i walking distance to almost anywhere important... 20 mins to Louvre, Champs Elysees, 10 to Notre Dame, 5 to Centre Pompidou and Les Halles. It is really nice, pretty safe - I mean Paris is a city, safe is always relative, but this is probably the safest it can get. You can also find nice clubs and bars in the very neighborhood. The apartment is really cosy, comfortable sofa couch - no worries couples ;-) well-equipped kitchen & bathroom, even spices & vinegar &c., towels & evth. is there You are gonna love it, believe us! Good cooking facilities and bathroom. Couch bed comfortable.
