Molded stains in the refrigerator. The bathroom was really dirty. Problems with the included breakfast - to few tables, and a "so-so" continental breakfast. We wont recommend this place at all.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Wales 25th May 2008 Mixed Group 18-24 2/5 Comments: We were in a big group of 9 and even though the internet site said that we would all stay between 109-113 Gunnersbury Lane where the Acton hotel was, 3 of us were in a different location,5mins away not at the hotel as stipulated. Also we booked 3 3 bed rooms we were split up into one 4 bed room, one 2 bed room and two 1 bed rooms. Not ideal.

They did not call us to tell us of this and we had to go all the way there only to be sent somewhere else further away. We needed to be at the airport so we were on a tight time schedule and the person we were seeing off at Heathrow only just made it. To say the least we are extremely disappointed with the service and the run around that we experienced was higly invonvenient.

What I expected was a clean room where you don't have to be scared when taking a shower that you will get something wrong. The carpet seemed that he was alive. I ask myself how other persons marked it as clean in this column. A continental breakfast is different to the english but not only cereals and toast with jam. In general this is my fault beccause I booked it not carefully enough but this never happens again to me. Best regards Alex

The stained wall to wall carpet came off as a little dirty though, but else clean sheets and towels, etc. Very close to the tube station and for some local crowded live rock place, check out Redback in central acton 10min walk away, though mind the overly angry bouncers.
