| Comments: Great breakfast! We got to stay at the very top and had the whole top floor to ourselves. Our entry way was beaded . . . oooo :) |

| Comments: the only problem is the shared bathroom. If you can book a room with a provate bathroom that would be perfect. |

| Comments: Friendly staff, lovely breafast, lovely bedroom, beds all made :) and perfect location with the Stuttgart HBF just across the road!! Only complaint was the shower/toilet which wasn't the cleanest, giving a bit of a nasty smell outisde the room sometimes!! STill, nothing we couldn't deal with and I'd definitely recommend Hotel Mack. :) |

| Comments: More of a hotel than hostel, so missed out on that 'hostel' vibe, but great location, clean rooms and brilliant berakfasts! |

| Comments: The three-bed room we were forced to reserve (despite having only two people) turned out to be a two bed room with a cot squeezed in. However, it was quite comfortable and still reasonably priced despite paying for the unused bed. The location one block from the train station is great. |

| Comments: The directions on the hostel site are poor - they tell you to turn the wrong direction. I ended up lost and confused and ready to give up, but my stay was fine once I eventually found the place. |

| Comments: this hotel was cancelled without our consent even after a phone call to confirm. However, the receptionist tried her hardest to help find other accomodation and when that failed gave a good discount on a smaller room for us and found extra bedding etc. Good breakfast in the morning too! |

| Comments: This hotel gave away our room even though it was reserved through hostel world. The man at reception then sent us to a hotel that didn't have any availability, so we had to spend another hour contacting hotels on our own until one was found. I have been trying to reach the manager for 3 weeks, and I have heard nothing back regarding the matter. My deposit has still not been refunded. I am extremely dissapointed with the service at this hotel for obvious reasons. I think it is in a good location, and I can't really comment on the security and cleanliness...we never got passed the reception. Hope others have better luck than me if they choose to book a room at this hotel. I won't be trying to stay there again. |

| Comments: When I came there I was told the rooms are not ready because of cleaning.
Later on the reception told me there is NO room for me!
I had to go to another place name Hotel Espenlaub., I had to cross the city for that. So I wasted a lot of time there.
The room in Hotel Espenlaub was simpel but clean. It was at a Metro stop and a noisy big road. |

| Comments: This is a tolerable place if you just need a secure place for 1 night. It is hard to find, and cab drivers wont know it either. buy a map and find the street on a map. |

| Comments: Our room was on the ground floor next to reception. Although reception had previously told us they would be busy when we were staying, there was no one else in sight during our stay and the hotel was clean and quiet. It is located across the road from the main train station (yet far enough away to be quiet). Our room had a tv, shower and separate WC. I would stay here again, but seems like other people had different opinions... |

| Comments: The room had last been redecorated in the 70s. The woodchip wallpaper was peeling away from the walls and there were holes in the plaster. The room was in the basement, below the main room of the hotel so was VERY noisy, and also just off a main road so even noiser.
Location conveniently near Station, Staff friendly and polite but would recommened staying elsewhere. |

| Comments: It was advertised as a hostel, but was very much a hotel. I was travelling alone and hoping to meet new people. Were onlz eldery German couples. But great for a good nights sleep in a room on your own. |
