Comments: The place is great, very close to train station. It's completely secure and clean. At night, the street sound are a bit loud if you have the windows open.

Comments: Good hostel. I had a private room by myself and it was very spacious. They give you one towel to use for both showering and drying your hands, so if you want another, bring one. They also don't give you a cup for drinking water, but I just bought water bottles so it didn't matter anyway. The location is great and easy to find. Just use a map. It's like a minute away from the train station and the Metro. Great location and good place! I recommend it.

Comments: We have been last weekend in this bed & breakfast (it's funny that has this name without breakfast). This place is in a fourth floor. There are only rooms. and our was very correct. We stayed in a room with bathroom. We're very pleased. It's very near from Termini Station. I'm sure if we come again to Rome we'll book the stay in Euro.

Comments: I stayed here with my mother for a night. It was nice, ver convenient 5 minute walk from the train station. The airconditioner is only available for use during the day which could be a problem if youre staying there during a very hot time. Room was a bit small but comfortable and clean

Comments: Not bad for a budget hotel. Staff friendly but not a lot of English skills for many of them, so not a lot of help. Room cleaned quite well daily though and I would recommend this place to any budget travelers.

Comments: Supposed to have 24-hour reception, but found at times that I had to wait outside for ages for someone to open the main door to get into the hostel/hotel...other than that, perfect for tourists.

Comments: Very clean and very nice bathrooms in the private suites. Our room was very nice. Overlooked the busy road, room 418 i think. Location is great. Lots of bakeries near by for a cheap but good breakfast. Close to termini so it is impossible to get lost. Also good because it is the only point the two Metro lines cross.

Comments: The Hostel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Reception is open 24 hours a day. As it is situated at the main train station stazioni termini it is in the middel of the city - several buses, metros and trains are going from termini. The area is not the best but it is all right. Not as scary as one girl wrotes before (maybe one girl should not go home alone). ONE should take just take care - then nothing will happen. Be carefull with taxis.

Comments: The information provided by Trav was not thorough enough. For example, this property is really more of a hotel than a hostel so that its beds are not automatically single beds. Trav only allerted us to the fact that the two bedroom was a queen bed rather than two singles. We were unpleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that in every room there was at least one double bed plus some single beds. So people who were not planning and did not care to share a bed with someone else were forced to do so. Also, the email confirmation sent by trav didn't include the information that we would have to pay in cash rather than by credit card. This also presented a problem. So other than the lack of information given by trav, the property itself was nice, very clean and secure. You do have to pay extra for air conditioning, and it can get really hot in Rome in the summer.

Comments: This B&B was a really nice place and the guy who has it was very friendly and helpful (telling where to go, showing maps etc) although the others who worked there weren't very sympathic - unfortunately. The rooms were very nice and clean and you felt safe being there, once you were inside the building - because the area was horrible. It's very close to the trainstation (but on the other side from where the center is) but once it gets dark the station and it's surroundings turn into a ghetto full with drug addicts, exhibitionists and homeless. We were three girls living there and we were scared to death walking from the bus to the hostel at night after dinner or a drink in the city center (We practically ran with pepperspray ready in our hands!). During the day though, it's not a bad distance - you have an easy access to all the busses that take you wherever you wish and walking down to Via del Corso (shopping street) or the Colosseo takes around 20-25 min. My suggestion for Rome would be to find a hostel on the other side of the station (towards the center) somewhere after Piazza della Repubblica so you don't have to cross these neighbourhoods but still not being in the immediate center and having to pay a fortune! But the prices we payed where good and as I said, it's completely up to everyone what you feel comfortable with and when you plan p being out. Three guys would probably not feel the same horror as we did. Besides that zone, Rome was an AWESOME exerience and I loved it more than any other city in Italy (Milano, Florens and Venice just don't have IT). Hope you'll enjoy your stay!!!

Comments: Nice place. Slightly pricey for the services. Friendly staff that can give good recs on places to visit. Showers are kinda small. Pretty clean. VERY COLD at night if you go at the end of march. Have to leave your key with the front desk everytime you leave. Hostel rooms are usually like on the 5th floor which makes for a long walk up the stairs but you could take the lift that is very small too. Have to pay full amount in cash for all nights or they will hold your passport. overall a good place to stay.

| Comments: Nice and small hotel located within walking distance (10 min) from the Termini station and all the bus lines. No security problem at all, staff friendly and rooms very clean and recently refurbished.
No bar in the hotel, no communal areas or any place where to meet other hosts (anyway, we didn't care much about this, but it can have some importance for some travelers).
Conclusion, a very nice, cheap and safe place where to stay in Rome! |

Comments: Really nice, clean place. Lovely rooms and decent beds. I brought a group of 18 people there. Everything was perfect except one night the receptionist went off for a few hours without letting us know and a few of us had to camp in the hall in the early hours, unable to get our key. I highly recommend it though.

Comments: Great location right near Station Termini, the main rail and bus station in Rome. Neighbourhood is a bit shady late at night, but there is lots of good eating around and I never felt uncomfortable coming home at 1 or 2 AM with my girlfriend. It's a good cheap hotel, very easy to take the bus anywhere in Rome from the location.
