| Comments: Excellent location. 1 minute from the port and metro.
Our booking did get coc8ed up however, as the hotel had no idea we were staying - even though i had trav confirmation!!
However, they were more than happy to accomodate us (2) in the required room on the day.
Excellent hostel 9/10 - very much recommended |

| Comments: It' an actual 2-star hotel. That pretty much explains anything you need to know. I wasn't used to a full sized room after weeks of hostel stays. |

| Comments: The hotel itself was great; and in a fantastic location. However we experienced problems when we went to settle the bill, with the hotel wishing us to pay the booking fee that we had already paid Trav; and a little more too. Clearly there had been a communication problem between the hotel and Trav. Other than that; we had a very pleasant stay. |

| Comments: I absolutely loved this place. The staff were ridiculously nice, the room was ridiculously nice. This was the most impressive budget hotel I had stayed in throughout my entire 1 month trip in Europe. |

| Comments: Staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English and entertained our bad french. There is car park in close proximity although did not fit our 2.4M van. Excellent location in the Vieux Port close to all the restaurants and bars |

| Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay at Kyriad Vieux Port. We actually got the room that had gotten a bad review at trav previously (small, next to stairs with leaky bathtub) but it never bothered us one bit. It was clean and quiet.
The breakfast was great, so nice to start off the day with fresh croissants, yoghurt, fresh juice and coffee.
Our first night out we came back to a closed door and had to wait 15-20 minutes before someone came in response to the buzzer, but other than that the staff was always available and helpful.
Will come here again if we return to Marseille. |

| Comments: I thought the location & hotel was fantastic. The room was tiny and didn't have anything in it. The shower had no shower curtain so water went everywhere. There wasn't a bar fridge or anything either. |

| Comments: -this is a 2 star hotel, quite nice
-air con included and TV
-quiet and right next to the old port
-a bit of a trek from the train station though -- about 1 km -- consider taking the subway, the stop is called Vieux Port |

| Comments: 20min walk from main train station - just off main street (but still quiet). Free internet is an added bonus. Rooms small but clean & tidy. Staff very friendly. Excellent location, close to port area with cafes & restaurants. |

| Comments: Throughout our trip, this was the best place to get a good nights sleep. There were no street noises whatsoever. There was great water pressure with hot water. The staff was very helpful, and I recommend asking them for advice on authentic restaurants in the area (like Chez Madie), as the ones nearest are all tourist rip off places with mediocre food. |

| Comments: As an 18 yr old backpacking through Europe the Hotel Kyriad was an amazing break from the hostels I had been staying in. Though it was a little more expensive than the hostels, it was well worth it. The air conditioning and private bathroom were great. The room was very clean. The tv worked well. And the hotel's location was excellent: right in the heart of Marseille's Vieux Port. |
