They also safe keep your documents in the safe and luggage in a designated room....so you don't need to carry all that with you on your last day after check out. The hotel is really close to the Metro and Montmartre. The bathroom is very spacious compared to the room itself. Water pressure was great on the third floor. Downside: Our room faces the main street so it gets noisy at night. I also would not walk around by myself at night in this area of town. Only French TV is available. There was a damp smell in the room, but after you open the window, it's gone in 1 minute.

It was clean and the staff was great, it just didn't have the fun backpacker atmosphere. If you're looking for a party hostel this isn't it, but it was great to relax and also right across the street from the metro stop Anvers.

In addition to being clean and welcoming, they've got everything you need -- breakfast, tv, internet access, luggage room, lifts, etc. I stayed in a private room, so it was a bit more expensive than I would have liked, but I guess it's fairly reasonable for Paris. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff change breads, refill drinks so frequently, absolutely no complaint!! Luckily, didn't try to wait, and it was clean!! I would highly highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!

After compl, they gave us the twin room, with a balcony to the street! Better, but could't they have given us that in the first place? The carpet in the room was dirty. The haird didn't work, but the breakf was great and the staff nice (special thanks to the night portier that helped us to get a cab). I guess I have another hotel next time, too expensive in comp with the quality. I missed a safety box in the room.

Very helpful staff, my friend wanted to stay another night, but the only room left was a 3 person room , and they only charged him for the cost of 1 person! Breakfast was included in the price which was a bonus. However, we turned up at midday and couldn't check in until 3pm, but let us keep our luggage in a store room. Good location. The shared shower was a bit small but had hot water at least! Would definately stay here again.

We had to pay 20 Euro per day for parking. Insane!! Had we known this before, we would not have booked this hotel. The staff is superfriendly and helpful and makes up a bit for this aweful hotel. We booked a double room with bathroom in the hallway. The room was appoximately the size of a walk in closet and the toilett was on the floor above us. Imagine getting up in the middle of the night and having to walk to the next floor to pee. The double beds are smaller than a full size bed and a bit bigger than a twin. The floors are so filthy that I did not want ot put my bare feet on them. I would not come back to this hotel and would not recommend it. Rather stay outside of the city center in a nice clean and new hostel and take the metro into the city.

Also steps from the Sacre Coeur. Ask for a room with a view of the Sacre Coeur and you won't be disappointed. Breakfast is included and delicious and filling. Everything is very clean. Computer terminals, towel service and 24/7 desk staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris unless you want a four star luxury hotel.
