It would be nice when the matrass on the sofa-bed is a bit better (a small mattress over the underlayer). But it is no reason to stay on a different place!

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating England 4th November 2007 Female 31-40 3/5 Comments: several people had all written the same things in Laura's visitor book - from 2006 and she has made no effort at all the change things; namely; the washing machine is out of order the oven does not work the fridge does not work (light on but not cold) the coffee pot does not work the sofa bed - is extemely bumpy and uncomfortable and several people reported sleeping on the floor as its so bad..! the shower area is not clean enough. there are duvets but no washable duvet covers and yet you are charged a 30 euro cleaning/luandry charge on arrival. there is no information for visitors about nearest food shop/doctors/emergency etc. Laura also insists on charging you more money between 30 -50 euros if you are late and arrive after 7.00pm she is very concerned about her rights and her money and less bothered about making her guests comfortable- namely discomfort and her sofa-bed. the flat is in its current state not suitable for four peopl and i think from past expreienced -e ven though its venice - over-priced..!! i will not recommend this flat to anyone i know...
