The computer would take your money, and then it would not work. There was also the place where you could leave , luggage and thing's etc. Some time's they would not work or when you had to pay excess money for being over the time the locker's would still not open until you paid more money. I reported both incident's to staff and they were not interested.

I only stayed 2 nights, 1st night was a little noisy i couldn\'t sleep untill 2-3am. But the second night was silent. Only a 10 minute walk to the main street. I\'d go there again.

It was clean and had all the facilities needed and was in quite a good location - about a 15 min walk from the train station, and 20 mins from the centre of town (and it was a well lit walk at night). I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay if you want a clean, quiet well equipped hostel (that isn't party central!)

Everything referring to that was excellent organized. However the staff member behind the desk was not friendly - my husband only had a towel around his hips after jumping out from the shower. He asked to give him something else to cover (I know the towels are behind the desk!) but the guy denied. - The room we stayed in was - I am sorry to say that - like a prison cell, nothing to feel well!

We came back to our room on the Sun night to find a strange man in bed in the room. we had booked the whole room and thought it was secure. He was very reluctant to move but agreed to after staff came up from reception.He had obviously used all the facilities in the room and had access to all our stuff.We all felt violated and were upset by the incident & expect some sort of compensation.

The room was very clean and had all the basics you need with an excellent breakfast and good central location.

We were very tired because we had taken an early flight from London and that implied not sleeping more than a few hours. It came as a shock when they told us we could only use our rooms after 3pm.This was due to a lack of room cleaning staff.

Fantastic location, really close to the city centre. The staff at reception are very friendly (can't say the same about the bar staff...) The only negative thing is that we didn't get our bathroom cleaned during our 5-day stay (and it wouldn't have hurt...)

Could do with taller lockers in the dorms, and there were only six lockers for eight beds in our dorm. Although I paid a 10% deposit to you, the hostel computer showed no record of this and they charged me the full amount. After querying this I got a refund, but I wonder if there is blip of some sort between the two computer systems.

Good location (10 minutes walk to the city centre and great places to see). Clean, neat and quite spacious room. Besides, you can use your padlock to close the lockers in them. Excellent luggage storage (not free, but really secure and practical). Breakfast was not included but excellent price for value (fruit, cereal, toast...). A lovely place to stay. I highly recomment it and I'd definetely stay there again!
