The young manager of the accommodation (three well-sized rooms sharing a single bathroom - which frequently ended up wet as the over-bath shower lacked any form of curtain, due to the high ceilings) was highly enthusiastic and very helpful indeed!

However the room was on 6th floor, lift was broken half the time making it that much harder to get up there with bags. Rooms were cleaned daily, with towels provided, but were extremely hot. No fan was provided (unlike what it says in the description). No laundry facilities whatsoever (unlike description) and no laundrette close. Owner was lovely though!

The room was pretty spacious, but looked empty. granted, it was well equipped (not too well tho) - but it looked ugly, and kinda took the fun out of the little time we spend there. The location is great (near colosseum and central train station). but! its window is looking at a main street and the noise from the street is almost unbearable if you want to catch some sleep, even at late hours. air conditioning works, but due to the size of the room it doesn't do anything.

Good location about 100m from metro station. Would be hesitant to stay there again in midsummer though, Rome is brutal and there is no A/C (there is a ceiling fan but it doesn't spin that quick). Free wifi is fast and reliable, good bonus.

The room was very clean and the people charming, the man spokes a good English :-) It made it a better experience. We had no problem was \"minutes from the center\" really meant 7-10 minutes. Although the bus and metro system was located right outside the door. This is my third stay in Rome and for the price, it is an excellent stay close to all the sights.

Andando 7 minutos más o menos se llega al Coliseo, pero el hecho de tener el metro cerca facilita la mobilidad por toda la ciudad. En cuanto a las habitaciones, son muy sencillas pero muy limpias, excepto el baño, que al ser compartido, a veces está un poco descuidado. Calidad precio muy bien.
