They will have their way with you. I managed to lose over $500 due to a mix up, and even after pushing for legal action, these guys will not yield due to the semantics of a "non-confirmed reservation." Do NOT give these guys your credit card information. Always remember that we are in a competitive market for hotels, and there are many other friendlier, acceptable places in Dusseldorf.

Olga, the receptionist charged 2 time the total value of 1 night to my debit card without giving me the cancelation receipt. After my retun to my country I realized and after 6 weeks I am still wating to get my money back. BE CAREFULL WITH THIS HOTEL. It is also very bad located.

We hung around until half 12 but had to leave our bags, pay, and come back in the evening as we had booked a train to go somewhere else.

Unser "Glück" war, daß angeblich Gäste am Vortag nicht anreisten. So erhielten wir das wohl kleinste Twin der Welt, eine Zumutung. Das Hotel hinterläßt einen wirklich ärmlichen Eindruck. Und wer russisch kann, ist klar im Vorteil. FAZIT: absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!

The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was nice and big. The breakfast was also were good. It was a little far away from the sites and the old town. Our room was nice except for the location, it was down a hallway, through the office, past the kitchen and down another hallway. A little strange but still nice. I would stay there again on future trips.

The hotel was rather filthy with a really small breakfast. The people were friendly though. But we were hoping tot stay in Berliner Hof, we chose Berliner Hof because of the fact a great group of young people come visit that place. The lady from the hostel really didn't treat us right, it seemed like we were the ones who caused troubles. With difficulty we got back the reservation fee.
