In the envelope was a letter stating I was staying in house 2&2/3 miles away and all I was given was a hand drawn map and a phone number. I would strongly recommend anyone not to stay at either house!!! If the terms of my stay were subject to change It should have been noted on the web site and if rearrangements were to be made I should have been contacted either by email or mobile phone.

There was only one pillow and when asked for a second, the manager simply asked a long term boarder to take one off his own bed for our use (gross!). Also, The property functions as a boarding house as well as a B&B--this means that you must endure the bad attitudes of long-term boarders who aren't exactly pleased about your presence on the premises. This is not stated on the website description.

We tried to call several times to the telephones numbers and after three calls, a voice said to us that the hostel had changed of management company and now there is no hostel. They said that they have send to me a mail but is not true, and even they have charge us for a service that we haven't use. This is really crap, PLEASE DON'T GO to this kind of hostel and please, REMOVE THEM from the list.

Nationality Stayed Gender Age Group Overall Rating Slovenia 14th September 2007 - - 2/5 Comments: I have been very much dissapointed as it was not possible to pay by credit card, although it says so in the entrance hall of the property and the corresponding machine is there as well. Unfortunately, I did not check this before and I was only told just before departing that they accept cash only. As I did not have enough pounds, I wanted to pay the remaining sum in EUR, but also this was not accepted. They insisted to go to the nearby petrol pump with the cash dispenser in order to pay all in cash and in pounds. It's a pitty that they treat customers in such a way, as it was otherwise reasonably nice, especially the breakfast lady from Hungary was very kind. I suggest to the owner to reconsider the current payment procedure! Nineta
