The place is a few minutes drive from town, but that didn't stop them from driving me to and from the center if I needed anything, at any time. They even drove to pick up my friend (we had gotten seperated) when the bus couldn't deliver her!! We only stayed one night, but all in all the Tara Green B+B is a nice, clean, quiet place to stay. :)

My friend and I stayed for two nights and though Tara Green is on the outskirts of the town, the owners took it upon themselves on more than one occasion to give us a lift into the city center. Their home is very warm and charming and they are the most helpful people that I came across in my travels. Not to mention that the breakfast is delicious! You MUST stay here if traveling through Shannon!!!!

We arrived at night,they were sleeping, but we could go straight to the rooms! There's no bus from Shannon Airport, you must take a 10 euro's taxi o remnt a car. Nice tiny farm. Polite family with friendly dog.
