Comments: Guys - you knew I\'d be back!! Haven\'t quite managed a visit in the summer yet so the BBQ is still on hold... next time!! next time!! Until then keep the beer cold and save me a place on the Twister board! The new Cruise nightclub won\'t know what hit I when I come back in July!! Until then be good..

Comments: A convenient place to stay, friendly staff. But do not stay in the large dorm during the WE. It is just a nightmare with drunk people coming and leaving ...

Comments: great place to stay with very friendly Cath who runs the show (i don't know how she does it on her own but it's always clean, friendly, and homely). good kitchen facilities (if eating area is somewhat tight and restricted). good location not far from station or city center.

Comments: Thanks so much guys for making my visit so enjoyable. I would recommend any lone travellers to drag other like minded souls to the Cross Foxes for a pool competion - great when the weather turns grim - only a 2 minute stagger to the hostel! Kath was really friendly and chilled out and the hostel is really cosy - it felt like my home for the week I was there. Will miss it but hope to come back next year - hopefully in the summer for the BBQ on the terrace I was promised!

Comments: Great hostel! Very helpful + laid back staff. The free unlimited wifi in all rooms is a new welcome addition. My third visit + I\'m still nowhere near sampling all the pubs! Walking the wall is a must - it should only take an hour but if you stop at every pub you see you\'ll be there all day! (Do visit the Harker\'s Arms, Bear + Billet,

Comments: My 12 yr old son and I went to sleep in a room and woke up the next morning with two girls asleep in previously empty beds in our room. It wasn't a problem because they stayed asleep while we packed up a left.

Comments: This is one of the best, if not THE best hostel I have stayed at thus far! It is very clean, the kitchen is fairly new and fully equiped, there is a lovely outdoor area that even has a laundry line, and the location is good! The rooms are a bit cramped, but not too terrible - I've been in worse! The owner is great - very nice! If she adds internet and breakfast, the place would be perfect! You will really enjoy this hostel!

Comments: I've stayed in a lot of hostels and this is by far one of the best. The hostel itself wasn't really loads of fun, but it can be as fun as you make it. It had a TV and movie room, free coffee and tea, and the staff was AMAZING! When I come back to Chester, I will definitely stay here again...no doubt.
