I could've sworn that the "amenities" listed a fridge. None to be found. Reserved a double or queen bed room. Got a room with a twin and a double. Room was not cleaned one day, but that wasn't a big deal. Amenities should say "Breakfast MIGHT be included" since it's almost non-existent.

We had to argue with receptionist as she wasnt going to deduct the trav deposit, but thez did in the end (taxes are extra (12%) as others have said- but it says that on the page when you book it!) My tip is to pay straight away when you arrive. We also booked car hire and a snorkelling trip through the hotel, and both were really good, so I recommend that.

I think it's unfair to charge an extra "tax" to the payment. Also, they say one of their facilities are kitchenettes, but only when you pay for a room with one of those... I've used trav in my vacations to Europe and never had a complaint on the hostels. But this time I'm not satisfied. This hotel didn't give us what they showed in the webpage.

The restaurant across the road (LA MISSION) was his recommendation and was excellent. This place is right next to the port, very easy to find (it is orange). There was also free WiFi in the lobby. Would hiring a car/scooter in Cozumel (you need to take a taxi to the beach).

Besides that had a great stay. The staff were really helpful and bent over backwards to help us out with any of our requests. Rooms cleaned daily.

However, they charged us more than the agreed price (basically, they made us pay the deposit twice, saying it was a tax). Also, they didn't clean the rooms once in the three days we stayed there. I would reccomend paying up front if you stay there no there are no issues with the cost.

We stayed with friends on shared rooms for 3. The room is absolutely huge with a kitchen bathroom and a garden !!! Showers are excellent and the place is absolutely perfect with wooden quality beds and TV. It is not a meeting place for other travellers though. Still if you are looking for relatively cheap extreme comfort, this is the place to go.
